Are you HIPAA compliant?
Yes. Every driver completes HIPAA training every year, and we sign a Business Associate Agreement with any client whose deliveries include patient information.
Can you transport lab specimens?
Yes. We handle ambient, refrigerated and frozen specimens, use Category B (UN3373) triple packaging, and record chain of custody at every hand-off.
Do you deliver controlled substances?
We deliver on behalf of licensed pharmacies and follow each pharmacy's policy for controlled substances, including ID checks and adult signatures.
